titleOfInvention Patterned decorative material manufacturing method using molding method of UV curable resin and its decorative material
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a patterned decorative material using a molding method of ultraviolet curable resin. More specifically, the present invention provides a plastic film, polycarbonate (PC) plate, acrylic plate in manufacturing decorative patterned exterior materials such as windows and other accessories of various electric and electronic products such as mobile phones or MP3s. Active energy rays having patterned shapes on UV curable resins coated on various substrates such as metals (SUS, etc.), glass, and the like. The present invention relates to a method of forming a pattern by applying molding and irradiating ultraviolet rays to produce various decorative materials having a desired pattern. The manufacturing method of the present invention has a significantly lower frequency of occurrence of scratches and defects than the conventional thermal compression and bonding method using a patterned master roll, and thus has high yield and economical efficiency, and is easy to manufacture high-quality large-area patterned decorative material, thereby improving workability and productivity. Not only is it excellent, it is possible to produce a decorative material having a pattern of high brightness compared to the existing method.n n n n Patterned decorative material, UV curable resin, mold
