Disclosed are a stabilizer composition having excellent curability in operation, less influence on moisture and working environment, and improved strength, adhesion, and weather resistance. The phase stabilizer composition includes 30 to 300 parts by weight of an organic solvent, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an UV stabilizer or an antioxidant, and 0.3 to 3 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane polymer having an alkoxysilane terminal structure. The phase stabilizer composition includes a polyurethane polymer containing an alkoxysilane end structure, thereby significantly shortening the curing time during operation. It is also less affected by moisture and the working environment and has improved strength, adhesion and weatherability. |
