titleOfInvention | Method for structural characterization of recombinant polyclonal protein or polyclonal cell line |
abstract | The present invention provides a structural characterization platform that can be used to assess the stability of polyclonal cell lines and the batch-to-batch consistency of the final polyclonal product during production. Structural characterization platforms are based on protein characterization techniques as well as genetic analysis and provide the information needed to characterize polyclonal cell lines and end products, alone or in combination. For example, in the case of a mixture of recombinant polyclonal antibodies or monoclonal antibodies, a collection of different isoform proteins is analyzed by platform technology. |
