abstract | Disclosed is a light diffusion plate having excellent optical properties and UV durability applicable to large size flat panel display devices and excellent mechanical properties including heat resistance and hygroscopicity. The diffusion plate includes a transparent resin layer formed of a composition selected from the group consisting of a blend composition of a copolyester-based resin and a polycarbonate resin and a copolymer composition of these resins. At least 90% of total transmittance (TT) and less than 1.0% of haze in thickness, glass transition temperature of 105-150 ?? and absorbance of 0.09-0.30wt%, to compensate for scratch resistance The surface hardness is increased by uniformly dispersing inorganic particles having Mohs hardness of 3 or more such as ??-alumina particles, calcium carbonate, and spherical silica particles in nano size on the surface layer. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a light diffusing plate which can have more excellent scratch resistance by adding a lubricant to lower a friction coefficient. |
