titleOfInvention LCD display device
abstract The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device capable of driving a stable device even at high temperature by forming diamond-like carbon that can sink heat inside or outside the liquid crystal panel to prevent deterioration of the device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a liquid crystal display device includes a thin film transistor provided in each unit pixel region defined by gate lines and data lines arranged vertically and horizontally on a first substrate, and a protective film formed on the entire surface including the data lines. And a second electrode including a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor through the passivation layer, the second substrate having a color filter layer and a black matrix facing and facing the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates. And a diamond-like carbon (DLC) provided on an inner side or an outer side of the first substrate or the second substrate to absorb heat of the device. And it characterized in that the configuration comprises a.n n n n Diamond-like carbon, prevents deterioration of the device
