A superoxide anion electrode and a superoxide anion concentration measuring sensor using the same are formed by forming an electrolytic polymerization film of a metal thiofuryl porphyrin-axis coordinating body on the surface of a conductive member. The superoxide anion electrode of the present invention, in addition to the excellent performance of the electrode having a polymer film of the metal porphyrin complex, due to the presence of a complexing ligand, can prevent poisoning by toxic substances such as hydrogen peroxide. In either in vitro or in vivo environments, superoxide anion radicals can be detected without being affected by poisoning substances such as hydrogen peroxide. In addition, since these superoxide anions can be quantitatively measured by combining them with the counter electrode and the reference electrode, they can be widely used in various fields. |
