Manufacturing method of ceramic filter and ceramic filter manufactured thereby |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic filter and a ceramic filter produced thereby, the method of manufacturing a ceramic filter according to the present invention (a) a ceramic prepared using a slurry solution containing a ceramic fiber of 0.1 to 10mm length Primary coating the green paper with aluminum silicate solution and drying; (b) secondary coating and drying the dried ceramic green paper with an aluminum phosphate solution; And (c) firing the dried ceramic green paper obtained in step (b), wherein the ceramic filter according to the present invention has excellent mechanical strength because of excellent bonding strength between ceramic fibers. In addition, since pores between the ceramic fibers are less occluded, they exhibit excellent porosity and gas permeability, and are excellent in collecting efficiency of fine particles. |
