titleOfInvention | Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulator Variants and Chemical Conjugates thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) variants and chemical conjugates thereof, which are used as an anticancer treatment aid, and the present invention relates to human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Threonine (Thr) residue at position 133 of the residue is substituted with cysteine (Cys) residue, or cysteine residue (Cys) residue is inserted between Gly residue at position 135 and Ala residue at position 136 G-CSF variants and cysteine-introduced G-CSF variants in which these variants are conjugated with biocompatible polymers such as PEG to increase the retention time in the body without reducing biological activity and ultimately retain the activity in vivo. Provided are biocompatible polymer conjugates of the variants. |
