abstract | In the ultraviolet curable soldering resist composition comprising an ultraviolet curable resin, a photopolymerization initiator, an ultraviolet reactive ethylenically unsaturated monomer and an inorganic filler, a composition comprising an amine modified silicate mineral which is expanded and modified by treating clay mineral with an organic filler as an inorganic filler. The solder resist manufactured from is capable of deep curing even at a thick film up to 350 µm, and improves crack resistance and printability against physical or thermal shocks, thereby improving the inconvenience and environmental problems of existing thermosetting resin compositions. It has the advantage of being suitable for printed circuit boards, in particular various fillers coated with thick films and bottom fillers in electronic products having thick copper layers. |
