DCP1 gene polymorphism associated with tick allergen-specific IgG |
abstract |
The present invention relates to DCNP1 polymorphisms associated with IgE specific for tick allergens in asthmatic patients. The inventors have identified 20 polymorphic sites in the DCNP1 gene by direct sequencing of the entire gene, and the risk of generating IgE specific for the tick allergen among these polymorphic sites is 1288C> T, + 1718C> T and + 2666C. Was significantly associated with the> A locus. The association between tick-specific IgE production and genetic variation of the DCNP1 gene in asthma patients provides important information on the genetic basis of allergic responses to dust mite antigens. |
