A light source having at least an excitation light source and a fluorescent powder, the excitation light source can emit a light source having a wavelength between 258 nm and 490 nm, and the fluorescent powder is disposed around the excitation light source and receives the light source emitted by the excitation light source. In addition, the material of the fluorescent powder is selected from the group consisting of (Ca, Sr, Ba) 3 Mg * SiO 4 ) 4 Cl 2 : Eu 2+ , Dy 3+ , Mn 3+ . Such a white light emitting diode has high luminous efficiency and good color rendering. |
