abstract | The wavelength conversion device is adjusted so that the energy conversion efficiency from converted light to converted light is always stabilized and kept at maximum. Laser light source 10 for generating the fundamental wave, nonlinear optical crystal 16 for injecting the fundamental wave to generate converted light, and propagation of the fundamental wave for inputting the fundamental wave to the nonlinear optical crystal satisfying phase matching conditions An optical path adjusting section 30 for adjusting the direction and the position of the light flux of the fundamental wave light is provided. The optical path adjusting unit includes a first reflecting mirror 12 and a second reflecting mirror 14, the adjusting unit being driven by the motors M1 and M2 in the first reflecting mirror, and the motors M3 and M4 in the second reflecting mirror. It is provided with the adjustment part driven by each. A translucent diameter 18 for dividing and extracting a part of the output light 17 and a photodetector 22 for detecting the divided output light are provided. The electric signal 23 outputted from the photodetector is input to the adjustment value calculating means 26, and the necessary adjustment value of the adjustment portion of the optical path adjusting portion is calculated by fuzzy inference in the adjustment value calculating means, and the result is obtained. Output to optical path control unit 28. The optical path adjusting unit control device adjusts the optical path based on the output signal 27 from the adjustment value calculating means. |
