titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing air conditioner antibacterial blower with metal nano particles and nano clay surface treatment
abstract The present invention provides nanoparticles of metals such as platinum (Pt), gold (Au), silver (Ag), copper (Cu) and titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) having a particle size of 20 nanometers (nm) or less on the surface of an air conditioner blower. The particles are mixed with 100-200nm nanonized clay and surface-coated with acrylic and epoxy resins at a certain ratio to induce the growth and propagation of various bacteria and fungi inhabiting the surface of the air conditioner's blower. It provides a method of manufacturing an air conditioner antibacterial blower surface-treated with nanoparticles and nano clays of metal that can be removed to continuously supply hygienic indoor air.
