abstract |
The inventors of the present invention have described 2D7sc (Fv) 2 in which the heavy chain variable region sequence (VH) and the light chain variable region sequence (VL) of the 2D7 antibody were each connected by a 15 mer linker so as to be an array of VH-VL-VH-VL. The DNA expression vector coding for was constructed, and the vector was introduced into CHO cells to establish a 2D7sc (Fv) 2 producing expression cell line. Cell death induction experiments were carried out by purifying 2D7sc (Fv) 2 expressed in the cell line. As a result, it became clear that 2D7sc (Fv) 2 has activity of inducing cell death in a concentration-dependent manner. |
