A procatalyst composition in the form of a solid mass containing a residual liquid rinse diluent is prepared and recovered, and the solid procatalyst composition is partially dried to provide a residual liquid rinse diluent content of 7 to 25%, and the partially dried solid precursor composition. A process for producing a hydrocarbon oil dispersion of a solid procatalyst for use in a Ziegler-Natta olefin polymerization catalyst composition, comprising dispersing a compound in a hydrocarbon oil, is disclosed. |
