abstract The present invention relates to sexually transmitted diseases (STD) -causing bacteria (Neisseria gonorrhea, Chlamydiae trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium), Trichomonas vaginalis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Candida albicans, and genital ulcer causative bacteria (Herpes simplex virus type 1). & 2, DNA chip and type analysis kits for rapid and accurate diagnosis of 18 infection bacteria including Treponema pallidum, Haemophilus ducreyi) and urethritis causative bacteria (Pseudomonas, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Proteus, Corynebactrium) Oligonucleotide probes used, and methods for confirming the presence of the 18 bacteria using the assay kit. The type analysis kit and analysis method according to the present invention not only have excellent sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility in STD diagnosis, but also have the effect of quickly and accurately analyzing 18 kinds of bacteria in various samples.
