abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a non-stretched film made of a thermoplastic resin produced in small quantities of various kinds with a high yield. The thermoplastic resin (A) and the other thermoplastic resin (B) other than the thermoplastic resin for the purpose of film forming as an unstretched film are separately heated and melted, and the thermoplastic resin (B) is applied to both ends of the extrusion T die (2). Induced and discharged so that the other thermoplastic resin (B) coexists on both sides of the heat-melted thermoplastic resin (A), extruded onto a casting roll, and the non-stretched, where the other thermoplastic resin (B) coexists on both sides of the thermoplastic resin (A) After film-forming with the film 20, the part of another thermoplastic resin B is cut | disconnected and it is set as the unstretched film 20 which consists only of the thermoplastic resin A of the objective. |
