Thromboxane A2 Receptor Gene Polymorphism Associated with Asthma Phenotype |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the association of gene polymorphism with acetyl salicylic acid-intolerant asthma phenotype. According to the present invention, the TBXA2R + 795T> C polymorphism may increase the bronchial contractile response to L-ASA, suggesting that it may contribute to the development of the AIA phenotype in the Korean population. |
