Single-phase microemulsion composition, O / X ultra-fine emulsion external preparation and its manufacturing method |
abstract |
The present invention relates to (A) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, (B) a lipophilic nonionic surfactant, (C) an oil, and (D) an aqueous solvent which is incompatible with the oil [the hydrophilic nonionic interface in the aqueous solvent]. Aqueous solvent whose critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the active agent is higher than the critical micelle concentration in water], and (E) water can be easily prepared without using a special apparatus by adjusting the water in an appropriate proportion. It is characterized by providing a one-phase microemulsion composition which can be stably present for a long time as an ultrafine emulsion when added to a prescription. |
