abstract |
Using a diacetylene derivative as a starting material, dilithiation using an organolithium reagent, and then reacting with an excess amount of chalcogen (S, Se), the intramolecular cyclization reaction proceeds at the same time. It was found that a chalcogen-containing condensed polycyclic organic material having a dichalcogenide bond having a ring skeleton formed was obtained. In addition, it was also found that heteroacene can be obtained in a good yield by carrying out the dechalcogen reaction from the obtained compound. These synthesis methods made it possible to synthesize a series of highly planar chalcogen-containing π-electron materials. As a result, it is possible to provide a chalcogen-containing condensed polycyclic organic material capable of exhibiting excellent charge transport characteristics and a manufacturing method thereof. |
