abstract The present invention relates to a cilostazol-nicotinamide complex, and more particularly, a cilostazol-nicotinamide complex having a mixing ratio of cilostazol and nicotinamide of 1: 0.5 to 30 molar ratio, a method for preparing the same, and containing the complex. It relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation and a method for producing the same.n n n The cilostazol-nicotinamide complex has better solubility than cilostazol, and the pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation containing the complex has an advantage of having a uniform content and an excellent and stable dissolution rate.
