titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of metal fiber fixed with photocatalyst and silver nano
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a metal fiber in which a photocatalyst and silver nano are immobilized. More specifically, a polycarbosilane mixture is coated on a metal fiber having a diameter of 1 μm to 1,000 μm to provide adhesion to the surface of the metal fiber. Titanium alkoxide and polycarbosilane mixture were coated on the pretreated metal fiber and allowed to stand and calcined under certain conditions to uniformly form titanium dioxide crystals in the form of apatite on the surface of the coating, and then the nanosilver colloid having a particle size of 50 nm or less on the photocatalyst coating layer. A solution (hereinafter referred to as "silver nanosol") is coated at a constant concentration, particle and temperature conditions so that uniform silver nano particles are evenly distributed on the surface along with photocatalyst particles and strongly bonded with metal fibers to remove and sterilize organic matter. Metal with photocatalyst and silver nano immobilization which can be used as antibacterial filter The present invention relates to a method for producing a fiber.n n n The photocatalyst and silver nano immobilized metal fiber according to the present invention may not only have excellent mechanical properties of the metal fiber itself but also strongly prevent the photocatalyst or silver nano particles from being strongly immobilized on the metal fiber to be detached and discharged. In addition, the specific surface area per unit volume is very high compared to the conventional carriers such as bead, nonwoven fabric, honeycomb, and the like, and the amount of loading can be drastically increased, resulting in higher purification efficiency than the conventional method.
