abstract |
The present invention relates to a bradyrizobium microorganism capable of decomposing propane and converting it into 1,3-propane diol and a method for preparing 1,3-propanediol using the same. According to the method of the present invention, 1,3-propanediol can be produced by using a low-cost propane as a starting material by a biological process, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. |
