abstract |
The coffee product of the present invention comprises (i) a first fraction consisting of 1 to 90% by weight of unroasted coffee based on the total weight of the ground coffee composition, and (ii) 99 based on the total weight of the ground coffee composition. A second fraction consisting of ground coffee roasted to a higher degree of roast than the first fraction, in an amount of from 10 to 90% by weight, in a weight ratio of (i) to (ii) from 10:90 to 80:20 And at least 4 g of chlorogenic acid per 100 g of product. |
