Antihuman Mpl antibodies were obtained and purified, and antihuman Mpl Diabody and antihuman Mpl sc (Fv) 2 were purified using genetic engineering techniques. In addition, it succeeded in humanizing antihuman Mpl sc (Fv) 2. TPO-like agonist activity of diabody and sc (Fv) 2 was assessed.
