titleOfInvention | Oil and fat composition and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to an oil-fat composition and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, (a) a triglycol having a palmitic acid or stearic acid content of 25 to 95% by weight of saturated fatty acid bonded at position 2 of the total fatty acid constituting triglycerides. 10 to 99.9 weight percent ceride; (b) 0.01 to 90% by weight of triglyceride having 1 to 50% by weight of medium-chain fatty acid bound at positions 1 and 3 of the total fatty acid constituting triglyceride; And (c) 0.01 to 98% by weight of a diglyceride having a content of 100% by weight of unsaturated fatty acid bound at positions 1 and 3 in the total fatty acid constituting the diglyceride, and a method for preparing the same.n n n The oil-fat composition of the present invention is prepared through an inter-esterification reaction between oils and fats, and contains a relatively large amount of saturated fatty acid palmitic acid or stearic acid at position 2 of triglycerides, thereby allowing 2-monoglycer in the human body. It has a high absorption rate in the body in the form of a ride, and is not decomposed into free fatty acid form by the digestive enzyme, so it is particularly effective in preventing infants from constipation by incorporating calcium into the insoluble salt that causes constipation and diglycerides other than triglycerides. It can be added to reduce the cost of the oil composition and improve the digestive absorption rate.n n n Triglyceride, palmitic acid, stearic acid, immobilized enzyme |
