The present invention constitutes a sheet consisting of a core layer and a skin layer by substantially amorphous polyester resin material, and a composition consisting of an acrylic-urethane copolymer binder, a functional slip agent, a hot melt adhesion improving resin, and a solvent on at least one side of the sheet. By forming this uniformly coated coating layer, the sheet not only retains excellent slipability and activity, but also provides a sheet excellent in printability, ink adhesion, and hot melt adhesion by coating. The skin layer is composed of inorganic particles such as silica, talc, calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide in the range of 0.5 to 50 microns in a master batch form, in which 0.01 to 10% by weight of the skin layer is added.
