| abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a plasma display panel which reduces noise generated by reducing vibration generated by a shock wave generated by discharge hitting a partition wall. To achieve this object, the present invention provides a transparent front substrate and the A rear substrate disposed to face the front substrate, partition walls disposed between the front substrate and the rear substrate and extending in one direction to define discharge cells which are spaces for causing discharge, and extended along the discharge cells; An electrode and a phosphor layer disposed inside the discharge cell, and in each of the partition walls extending in one direction, at least a portion of the partition wall has a step portion formed in a direction crossing the direction in which the partition wall extends.
