abstract | The present invention provides an adhesive capable of continuing the excellent transdermal absorption of tolobuterol for a long time and having low skin irritation and stably attaching it to the skin for a long time. The adhesive agent of this invention forms an ointment layer on one side of a support body, this ointment layer contains 1-30 weight% of a solvent, 40-98 weight% of an adhesive, and tolobuterol, and the said dissolving agent has 8-30 carbon atoms. In addition to containing an aliphatic alcohol having a branched structure or a double bond in the carbon chain, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer containing at least 70% by weight of an alkyl (meth) acrylate having 6 to 20 carbon atoms of an alkyl group.
