titleOfInvention Method for producing cyclohexanone oxime
abstract The present invention provides a process for preparing cyclohexanone oxime, comprising the following steps (1) to (6):n n n (1) reaction step: reacting cyclohexanone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia in the presence of a titanosilicate catalyst to provide a reaction solution containing cyclohexanone oxime, water, unreacted ammonia and unreacted cyclohexanone,n n n (2) first distillation step: distilling off the ammonia by distilling off the reaction solution obtained in step (1) to obtain a bottom product containing cyclohexanone oxime, water and cyclohexanone,n n n (3) extraction step: mixing the bottom product obtained in step (2) with an organic solvent, and then separating the mixture into an organic layer and an aqueous layer,n n n (4) washing step: after mixing the organic layer obtained in step (3) with water, separating the mixture into an organic layer and an aqueous layer,n n n (5) Second distillation step: distilling the organic layer obtained in step (4) to distill off the organic solvent and water, to obtain a effluent containing cyclohexanone oxime and cyclohexanone,n n n (6) Third distillation step: distilling the effluent obtained in step (5) to distill off cyclohexanone to obtain a effluent containing cyclohexanone oxime;n n n Wherein a compound selected from oxides of boron or phosphorus, oxo acids, oxoates, oxo acid esters and oxo acid amides is added to at least one of the water used in step (4) and the organic layer obtained in step (4) ( 5) Run.n n n n Cyclohexanone oxime, thermal stability
