titleOfInvention | Spacer forming apparatus for liquid crystal display and manufacturing method of liquid crystal display using the same |
abstract | The spacer forming apparatus for a liquid crystal display device according to the present invention includes a spacer supply substrate in which a spacer is injected into a plurality of grooves, a transfer roller in which a spacer injected into a groove of the spacer supply substrate is first transferred onto a surface, and a rotation of the transfer roller. It is preferable to include the support plate on which the board | substrate to which 2nd transfer of the some spacer of the surface of a transfer roller is mounted is mounted. Accordingly, the spacer forming apparatus for a liquid crystal display according to the present invention and the manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display using the same according to the present invention form a uniform cell gap by forming various types of sub spacers having different sizes or elastic forces at predetermined positions of the substrate using a transfer roller. It is possible to prevent smear defects that are likely to occur when forming and increasing the elastic force to apply pressure to the substrate. In addition, it is possible to solve the problem of liquid crystal filling defects, which are likely to occur when the liquid crystal dropping amount is insufficient, by increasing the elastic force, thus increasing the liquid crystal dropping margin.n n n n LCD, Bead Spacer, Transfer Roller, Spacer Supply Substrate |
