titleOfInvention | Screening membrane and implant with bone tissue enhancement peptide |
abstract | The present invention relates to a membrane and an implant in which a bone tissue formation enhancing peptide is fixed to a surface, and more particularly, to a membrane and an implant in which a cell adhesion-derived peptide or a tissue growth factor-derived peptide is fixed to a surface to which a crosslinking agent is bound.n n n The shielding membrane and the implant of the present invention may impart pharmacological activity to the surface to promote the migration, proliferation and differentiation of cells involved in regeneration, thereby maximizing tissue regeneration. In addition, the peptide for imparting fixed pharmacological activity on the surface has a low molecular weight, so there is no risk of immune response when applied to the body, and it can exist in a stable form in the body by chemical manipulation, which enables the continuation of drug efficacy and ease of periodontal tissue surgery. By applying the designed peptide to the surface of the membrane and applying it directly to the procedure, it is easy to operate and can be expected to maximize the therapeutic effect.n n n n Tissue growth factors, peptides, immobilization, chitosan shields, implants. |
