The present disclosure provides a number of design choices that can be utilized for machine testable security features partially formed from light-absorbing (eg, magnetic) materials, while hiding or hiding light-absorbing materials more effectively. It is to provide an increased security device. The security device of the present invention achieves the result by physically separating the checkable security feature from the visually detectable or public security feature. The security device comprises carrier substrates 12 and 16, preferably 4 to 26 micron thick light-transmissive (transparent) substrates, which are colorless polymers. The present invention also provides a method for preparing an improved security device, as well as a security document using one or more of the devices.n n n n Light-absorbing materials, light-transmitting materials, security documents, metal materials, marker patterns, polarizing filters. |
