abstract The present invention relates to an orientation method of carbon nanotubes and a method of manufacturing a field emission display device including the same. Also disclosed is an orientation device for carbon nanotubes. The alignment device for carbon nanotubes according to the present invention includes at least two electrodes having opposite polarities formed on an insulating substrate and an insulating layer covering the electrodes. The carbon nanotubes disposed adjacent to the electrodes are oriented by the electric field formed by the electrodes.
