titleOfInvention Light emitting device comprising a porous light emitting layer
abstract The present invention relates to a light emitting device including a porous light emitting layer, wherein the light emitting device includes a substrate, a first conductive cladding layer, a second conductive cladding layer, and at least one light emitting layer. The porous light emitting layer is formed between the first conductive cladding layer and the second conductive cladding layer and further includes an upper barrier layer and a lower barrier layer. The carrier trap layer located between the upper barrier layer and the lower barrier layer has a plurality of chevron structures, and is also an indium-containing nitride structure, to specify a plurality of valley shaped structures. The energy band gap is lower than the value of the upper barrier layer and the lower barrier layer. By using the light emitting device of the present invention, the driving voltage of the device can be significantly lowered, and as a result, it is possible to improve the anti-static ability and the electrode reliability by obtaining the desired crystalline structure. In addition, the plurality of porous light emitting layers having different wavelengths effectively improve the performance of the light emitting device, to obtain a single chip photo-mixing device, and on the other hand, high luminous benefit, high reliability, high light-mixing modularity And the light emitting device of the present invention in order to obtain properties such as low cost.n n n n  Light Emitting Diode * Porous * Light Emitting Layer * Reliability
