titleOfInvention Method for Screening RNA Peptide Binding Inhibitors by Capillary Electrophoresis
abstract The present invention relates to a method for detecting RNA-peptide binding inhibitors using capillary electrophoresis, specifically, a method for quantitatively analyzing peptides and RNA conjugates using capillary electrophoresis and the strongest binding force among binding candidates. The present invention relates to a method of searching for a substance, that is, a substance which can be used as an RNA-peptide binding inhibitor. Assays and screening methods of the present invention can be useful in the development of RNA-peptide inhibitors because it is an economical method that can be analyzed using a small amount of samples of about 1/1000 compared to the conventional method.n n n n Capillary Electrophoresis, Fluorescence, Rev, RRE RNA
