abstract Provided are anisotropic conductive connectors having good repeatability and good use in inspection of circuit devices such as semiconductor integrated circuits having solder protruding electrodes, and inspection methods having good inspection efficiency. Lubricant is applied to the surface of the anisotropically conductive connector. The circuit device is inspected by applying a lubricant to at least the surface of the anisotropically conductive connector used to electrically connect the circuit board for inspection and the circuit device to be inspected with the circuit device to be inspected.
