abstract |
The binding reaction between the affinity substance to be measured and the binding partner having a binding affinity with this affinity substance is measured by the aggregation reaction. The carrier particles bound to the binding partner in the electric field are combined with an affinity material and the level of aggregated carrier particles is evaluated by counting three-dimensional information of the particles as an index.n n n By using the three-dimensional information as an index, it becomes possible to detect or measure the presence of a biologically specific reactive substance more easily, quickly and with high sensitivity than conventional measuring methods. |
