abstract Color replica preparation compositions and methods are disclosed. The method includes combining a polymerizable varnish with a dye to form a composition, the dye dissolved in the composition, and using the composition to replicate the surface topography. The compositions and methods provide the advantage that surface topography is replicated with improved cost efficiency in the color polymer matrix.
