The negative resist composition including the binder resin represented by Formula 1 according to the present invention not only exhibits a low dielectric constant when forming the organic insulating layer of the high-opening liquid crystal display device, but also has adhesion to metals and inorganic materials, UV transmittance, residual film rate, and pattern.
