The present invention relates to a personal care composition containing an interference pigment, a dispersed oil phase and a continuous aqueous phase. Preferably the interference pigment is a hydrophobically modified interference pigment. The inventors have found that modifying the pigment hydrophobicly significantly improves the deposition of particles on the skin from the rinsable composition. |
