abstract |
The manufacturing method of a laser processed product is using the adhesive sheet 2 for laser processing as an adhesive layer provided on a base material at least, and having predetermined physical property, and making the said adhesive layer into the laser beam exit surface side of the to-be-processed object 1 The process of joining the adhesive sheet 2 for laser processing through the laser beam, the workpiece 1 being not less than the irradiation intensity of the threshold at which ablation occurs, and the laser beam within two times the irradiation intensity of the through hole formed in the workpiece 1 ( 6) and the process of processing the said to-be-processed object, and the process of peeling the said adhesive sheet 2 for laser processing from the said to-be-processed object 1 after a process. Thereby, the contamination of the surface of the workpiece by the decomposition products can be effectively suppressed, and the laser processed product can be manufactured efficiently and easily. |
