titleOfInvention Novel black matrix, manufacturing method thereof, and flat panel display device and electromagnetic shielding filter
abstract The present invention relates to a novel black matrix, a method for manufacturing the same, and a flat panel display device and an electromagnetic shielding filter using the same, and more particularly, to a black matrix including a substrate, a photoreactive film, a Ni plating layer, and a Cu plating layer, and a photoreaction film on a substrate. Forming a layer, forming a water-soluble polymer layer on the photoreactive film, selectively exposing the water-soluble polymer layer to obtain a potential pattern of the nucleus for crystal growth, and forming a metal salt of the potential pattern of the nucleus for crystal growth. Treating the solution to obtain a pattern in which metal particles are deposited, forming a Ni electroless plating layer on the pattern on which the metal particles are deposited, and forming a Cu plating layer on the Ni electroless plating layer. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a black matrix including a flat panel display device and an electromagnetic shielding filter using the same.n n n The black matrix according to the present invention exhibits excellent blackening degree even with a simple selective multilayer plating without expensive vacuum sputtering equipment or photolithography process like a conventional chromium-based black matrix, and can be employed in various flat panel display devices, and exhibits excellent electrical conductivity. It can be used in electromagnetic shielding filters without blackening.n n n n Black matrix, plating layer, manufacturing method, electromagnetic shielding, flat panel display device
