abstract | The present invention provides a light emitting transparent conductive layer and a front substrate comprising a transparent conductive oxide and a dopant; A first electrode provided on one surface of the front substrate; A fluorescent layer provided on one surface of the first electrode; A rear substrate disposed to face the front substrate at a predetermined interval; And an electron emission portion formed on one surface of the rear substrate and a second electrode for controlling electron emission from the electron emission portion, wherein the first electrode is the light emitting transparent conductive layer. The electron emission device of the present invention can be used in an electron emission display device, a backlight unit, a flat panel display device having the backlight unit, and the like. When the light emitting transparent conductive layer is used, surplus electrons that do not emit the fluorescent layer may contribute to light emission, and thus an element having improved color purity, color reproduction range, luminance, and color rendering may be obtained. |
