abstract The present invention relates to a plasma panel comprising a cement splitting barrier. The panel of the invention comprises two slabs which define a sealing space therebetween. The above-mentioned sealing space is filled with the discharge gas and divided into discharge cells 6R, 6G, 6B defined between the slabs by the barrier 3, and the barrier includes an inorganic binder and a mineral filler mainly composed of water binders. It is made from a containing material. Since water binders are used instead of inorganic glassy binders, the panels can be fabricated at lower temperatures.
