abstract | The washing | cleaning method of the coating sheet which concerns on this invention is characterized by spraying dry wind along the running direction of a film to the coating-film layer surface which has a solid content concentration and viscosity of a coating liquid in a predetermined range. By this method, the thickness accuracy of a coating film can be improved in the area of a large area, and the uniformity in the surface of an optical function characteristic can be aimed at. Here, it is preferable that the wind speed of the said drying wind, the temperature of wind, and the thickness of the coating film after drying are a predetermined range. In particular, an optical functional layer having many uses as a large-area coating film sheet, an optical element having such an optical functional layer, an optical compensation layer, or an optical compensating plate are very useful as optical materials having excellent characteristics, and images mounted thereon. As for the display device, it is particularly effective. |
