abstract The fiber of the present invention is excellent in magnetic field responsiveness and conductivity, including a polymer having a fiber forming ability, containing a spherical magnetic material having a saturation magnetic flux density of 0.5 Tesla or more. In a preferred embodiment, the average particle diameter of the (a) spherical magnetic material is 5 µm or less, (b) the holding force of the spherical magnetic material is 1000 A / m or less, and (c) the fiber contains 20 to 90% by weight of the spherical magnetic material.
