abstract The present invention relates to a flame retardant cement composition for marine concrete for preventing the salting of reinforced concrete structures located in the marine environment. The present invention comprises (a) about 30 to 50 weight percent of one common Portland cement; (b) about 30 to 50% by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder; (c) about 10 to 30 weight percent of fly ash; And (d) about 4-20% by weight of anhydrous gypsum.
