Nucleotide derivatives and dna microarray |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel nucleotide derivative in which the fluorescence signal intensity changes depending on the base species in which the hybridized relative chains correspond to each other. The novel nucleotide derivative of the present invention exists as a member of a single chain nucleotide sequence, Thymine / uracil derivatives in which fluorescent dyes luminesce most strongly when the corresponding bases of the relative chains hybridized with this single-chain nucleotide sequence are (1) adenine; (2) cytosine derivatives in which fluorescent dyes emit the strongest when guanine; (3) adenine derivatives in which fluorescent dyes luminesce most strongly in the case of cytosine; Or (4) a guanine derivative in which the fluorescent dye emits the most strongly in the case of cytosine or thymine / uracil. |
