titleOfInvention | Recombinant surface antigen derived from sporozoites of pathogens responsible for coccidiosis and vaccines comprising the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a technique for expressing spores surface antigenic protein of Eimeria spp. That causes avian coccidiosis in plant cells, and more particularly, novel polynucleotides encoding spores surface antigens. The present invention relates to a vector comprising the plant, the plant into which the vector is introduced, and a method for producing a surface antigen protein using the plant, and to a vaccine for avian coccidium comprising the surface antigen protein of the recombinant coccidi protozoan spore obtained from the plant. |
